My American History and American Fiction series depict events from The United States' history and its collective imagination. These images combine hand-painted, 2-inch tall, vinyl army men figures with locations relevant to the subject. (American Fiction No. 1 is an exception, using pre-painted 4-inch figures)

These digital photographs have been printed onto traditional color photographic paper using the Lightjet process. Each print is part of a limited edition and is signed and numbered on the back.
